Mission
Build the governance layer for the autonomous systems that will operate inside enterprise infrastructure — the operating system for the agents being deployed beneath every AI-native enterprise.
Company
Celestial State governs what autonomous agents do to infrastructure — not what they say to humans. We focus on the invisible infrastructure agents that move data, trigger workflows, rotate credentials, allocate resources, and repair systems at machine speed.
Build the governance layer for the autonomous systems that will operate inside enterprise infrastructure — the operating system for the agents being deployed beneath every AI-native enterprise.
AI agents are moving from user-facing assistants into infrastructure operations. Enterprises need a reliable way to identify, authorize, monitor, and audit autonomous agents before they can safely run them in critical environments.
Not consumer chatbots. The invisible infrastructure agents that operate across data, compute, storage, cloud systems, pipelines, credentials, resource allocation, and self-healing infrastructure.
Pre-seed and founder-led, in concept validation and prototype definition. Open to design partners, AI-infrastructure conversations, and early investor discussions.
Founder
CEO & Technical Founder
Senior data engineer and tech lead with 7+ years building production data infrastructure — hands-on across Azure, Databricks, Spark and PySpark, Airflow, SQL, and lakehouse architecture. Architected, wrote, and shipped the Celestial State concept paper, full reference architecture, interactive lifecycle simulation, and the first product wedge.
What We've Built
Before raising and before hiring, the thesis has been validated through published work, a working simulation, and structured customer discovery.
An architecture document covering seven governance pillars, the hardware anchor, and competitive positioning.
A working demo of agent registration, training, policing, health review, and retirement — used in early customer conversations.
A layered system design from Agent Passport through DPU and SmartNIC enforcement.
Selected into an Israeli startup program, with cloud credits secured for the prototype development environment.
Structured conversations underway with AI-infrastructure platforms, GPU cloud operators, and regulated enterprise security teams.
A grant application submitted to the Israel Innovation Authority for a 12-month proof-of-concept milestone.
The Team We're Building
The team is sequenced against the prototype → design partner → hardware path.
eBPF, kernel module, and proxy enforcement — building the software approximation of the hardware anchor.
Agent Passport signing, key management, attestation, and the tamper-resistant audit chain.
Validates the hardware integration path before committing to a substrate. Targeting deep networking and systems experience.
Senior BD with AI-infrastructure or storage relationships, driving the first paid pilot.
